Packing Hats

Pack like a professional with the following tutorial

Prepare your packing area around waist height to avoid stretching and risk of injury to your back
Make up your first carton and fold the tops over, then make up another carton and sit this on top of the first. This will allow you to place items in the box without over stretching. Once full replace the empty bottom carton with the packed carton and start again
Where possible use original Hat box, if this is not available use an appropriately sized carton
Use paper or tissue to protect the hats when packing
If possible pack the hats into eachother
Fill any gaps to prevent movement
Seal the carton and label
